Thursday January 21st is World Meditation Day and we want to celebrate this together, with an emotional detox session at 7 pm.
In the first 30-minute session, we will learn 3 simple techniques, based on the Heartfulness Way, which will make us feel much better.
We will learn how to focus on our breathing, its benefits, and how to relax our minds. These tools will help us cope better with daily stress.

El próximo jueves 21 de enero, es el Día Europeo de la Meditación y queremos celebrarlo juntos con una sesión de Detox emocional a las 19:00.
Durante esta primera sesión de media hora, aprenderemos 3 sencillas técnicas basadas en el método Heartfulness que nos harán sentir mucho mejor.
Aprenderemos a focalizarnos en la respiración, sus beneficios o cómo relajar nuestra mente. Estas herramientas nos ayudaran a sobrellevar mejor las tensiones diarias.

When your heart is calm, your mind is at rest / Cuando el corazón está en calma, la mente descansa
Find a place inside, with a pleasant temperature and very little noise, where you won’t be interrupted (disconnect your phones). A light blanket and a cushion may be useful. You can sit on a chair or on the floor (we do not recommend lying down, as it is easy to fall asleep).
Buscar un lugar interior, donde no vayamos a ser interrumpidos (desconectar teléfonos), con temperatura agradable y poco ruido. Puede ser útil una manta ligera y algún cojín. Nos podemos sentar en una silla o en el suelo (no recomendamos acostarse, es fácil quedarse dormido).
