Before joining the Secretariat in February 2022, Cynthia served in the office of the Presidency of the Republic of Togo as a Charge de Mission then went on to become Secretary General of Togo Invest Corporation, the first investment holding company established by the government of Togo to lead the development of and investments in strategic projects for the government of Togo. Throughout her professional career, she has been exposed to and gained extensive experience in areas such as investment promotion and facilitation, corporate governance, project finance and Public Private Partnerships, as well as infrastructure planning and development across various sectors.
